InZaneCountry is a band, but I hope it's a little more than that. My name is George Bolam. Essentially, I am InZaneCountry. I write the music, I perform it and record it; the concept of the band is that every sound you hear is made by me. InZaneCountry was born out of a need to change my life, to show that something worthwhile could be made out of the deepest despair. Nobody should give up striving for happiness, just because life gets a little difficult from time to time, but, a lot of people do, and I nearly did. But then, a friend told me, 'Nobody said life would always be easy', and it isn't. Hey, that's fair enough! So, here I am. What you see here, is what I did to deal with my problems. I started my InZaneCountry project. When I started, I made two rules for the project. Everything creative, I had to do myself, with my own mental and emotional resources, and I had to do it with what I had, right then, right there, a Guitar, a PC, a Head, a Heart, a little Creativity and a lot of Determination.
Can someone like me take on the big boys of the Music Industry? Who knows? It'll be real interesting to see.....
